Robotto - Using Drones & AI to Fight Wildfires
Climate change has resulted in an unprecedented number of wildfires ravaging the nation and destroying communities. As of October 1, 2020, according to the Congressional Research Service, over 44,000 wildfires have burned nearly 8 million acres in the US alone.
Technological innovations are becoming increasingly important to combat these natural disasters and reduce the environmental impact. Robotto have developed AWRA (Autonomous Wildfire Recognition & Analytics Platform), an autonomous drone which uses Artificial Intelligence to give first responders an edge when fighting wildfires.
The drone utilizes its wildfire calculation algorithm to determine the exact location, size, and direction of the wildfire - information that continuously streams to incident commanders, immediately updating them on any change in the wildfire.
Robotto is successfully driving innovation towards a more sustainable world. To learn more about Robotto and all of the latest innovations in wildfire technology, visit the Heat & Fire Expo USA on April 21 & 22, 2021 at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
