Ensuring the safety and health of Miami Beach residents, visitors and businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic remains the city’s most important objective.

As of Jan. 3, masks are required to be worn in all indoor city facilities to help curb the spread of COVID-19.

Nomi Health continues to operate the testing and vaccination site located on the first floor of the Pennsylvania Garage (G9) on 17 Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. The site operates seven days a week from 8 a.m.- 7 p.m. with no appointment necessary. Vaccines are administered until 6 p.m., while testing continues until 7 p.m. The site is also administering the COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5-11 and offering the single booster dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines to those eligible.

Nomi Health has opened an additional walk-up COVID-19 testing and vaccine site at 8400 Collins Avenue. Similar to their site on the first floor of the Pennsylvania Garage on 17 Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, this location will operates seven days a week from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. with no appointment necessary. It offers both rapid and PCR tests. As of Thursday, Jan. 27, the site offers the Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines for both adults and children.

Homebound Individuals
Appointments for homebound vaccinations for individuals 12 years of age or older can be scheduled by calling 1.888.201.5490 or emailing vaccinations@ILShealth.com. Appointments can be made Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. excluding holidays. Homebound individuals may call 305.614.1716 (Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) to schedule a homebound COVID-19 testing appointment. If a homebound individual is receiving home health services or is a resident of a group home, adult living facility, nursing home or other congregate care facility, they should contact their provider to request an at-home test.
